The woman who threatened to kill the judge in the case of influencing the presidential election against former US President Donald Trump has been arrested.

According to the British broadcaster BBC, the 43-year-old woman Abigail Jo Sherry is accused of threatening to kill Judge Tanya Chitkin, who is hearing the case against Donald Trump for influencing the 2020 presidential election.

The woman allegedly called a Washington, D.C. courthouse on Aug. 5 and threatened to kill U.S. District Judge Tanya Chitkin, using a racial slur, the report said.

In the phone call, the woman apparently told the judge that you are in our eyes, we want to kill you.

According to the prosecutor, the woman threatened the judge that if Trump does not participate in the 2024 election, we will kill you.

The woman also reportedly threatened to kill Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, a black Democrat from Texas who is running for mayor of Houston.

When authorities raided the woman's home while tracing her phone calls, the woman confirmed that she had made the threatening calls to the judge, after which she was arrested.

It should be noted that former US President Donald Trump was recently indicted on charges of influencing the 2020 presidential election and the January 6, 2021 attack on Capitol Hill.
