The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest Test cricket rankings, with Australian players taking the top three spots in the batsmen's rankings.
Australia's Marinus Labushin leads the Test batsmen's rankings while teammate Steve Smith has moved up to second.
Also in the final of the ICC World Test Championship, "player of the game" Travis Head managed to move up three places to reach third place.
In the list of bowlers, Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is first, while English fast bowler James Anderson is second.
If we look at the all-rounder rankings, India's Ravindra Jadeja is at number one while his compatriot Ravichandran Ashwin is at number two.
What is surprising about this new ranking is that for the first time in the history of cricket in 39 years, the top three places in the batsmen's rankings are occupied by players from the same team.

In the overall Test rankings, West Indies' Jason Holder is sixth, while West Indies' Kyle Mears is also seventh.
