Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
GUIDELINES
Step 1
Mix dressing, garlic powder, and salt in a shallow pan; Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours to overnight.
Step 2
Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and coat lightly with grill oil.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the marinade and mix well; Throw in the remaining cucumber.
Step 4
Grill chicken on preheated grill until center is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 7 to 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer placed in the center should read at least 165°F (74°C).
